- 洗完澡三分钟内擦润肤霜。Xǐ wán zǎo sān fēn zhōng nèi cā rùn fū shuāng.Moisturize within three minutes of bathing.
- 润肤霜一天至少擦两次。Rùn fū shuāng yì tiān zhì shǎo cā liǎng cì.Use the moisturizer at least twice a day.
- 激素药膏只擦在湿疹发作的地方。Jī sù yào gāo zhǐ cā zài shī zhěn fā zuò de dì fang.Apply the steroid cream only where the eczema is flaring.
- 尽量别抓。Jǐn liàng bié zhuā.Try not to scratch.
