初次产检 The First Prenatal Visit

- 您现在吃的药，包括中药和保健品，都带来给我们看看。Nín xiàn zài chī de yào, bāo kuò zhōng yào hé bǎo jiàn pǐn, dōu dài lai gěi wǒ men kàn kan.Bring in everything you take, herbs included.
- 今天要抽血，查一下血型、贫血，还有几种传染病。Jīn tiān yào chōu xiě, chá yí xià xuè xíng, pín xuè, hái yǒu jǐ zhǒng chuán rǎn bìng.Blood tests: blood type, anemia, some infections.
- 这些检查是常规，我们建议每位孕妇都做。您有问题或者不想做，都可以跟我说。Zhè xiē jiǎn chá shì cháng guī, wǒ men jiàn yì měi wèi yùn fù dōu zuò. Nín yǒu wèn tí huò zhě bù xiǎng zuò, dōu kě yǐ gēn wǒ shuō.Routine tests we recommend for everyone; she can say no.
- 肉、鱼、鸡蛋都要做熟了再吃，最好别喝酒。Ròu, yú, jī dàn dōu yào zuò shú le zài chī, zuì hǎo bié hē jiǔ.Cook meat, fish and eggs through; no alcohol.
- 您在家里觉得安全吗？Nín zài jiā lǐ jué de ān quán ma?Do you feel safe at home?
- 有出血或者肚子疼，马上给我们打电话。疼得厉害或者头晕，马上去急诊室，别自己开车；晕倒了，马上打911。Yǒu chū xuè huò zhě dù zi téng, mǎ shàng gěi wǒ men dǎ diàn huà. Téng de lì hai huò zhě tóu yūn, mǎ shàng qù jí zhěn shì, bié zì jǐ kāi chē; yūn dǎo le, mǎ shàng dǎ jiǔ yāo yāo.Bleeding or belly pain: call us now. Bad pain or dizzy: ER now, and don’t drive. Fainting: 911.
