1. 在网上可以看结果、约时间、给医生发消息。Zài wǎng shàng kě yǐ kàn jié guǒ, yuē shí jiān, gěi yī shēng fā xiāo xi.Online: results, bookings and messages to the doctor.
2. 先下载我们诊所的应用，或者用手机打开这个链接。Xiān xià zài wǒ men zhěn suǒ de yìng yòng, huò zhě yòng shǒu jī dǎ kāi zhè ge liàn jiē.Download our app, or open this link on your phone.
3. 手机收到验证码以后，您自己输进去就可以。Shǒu jī shōu dào yàn zhèng mǎ yǐ hòu, nín zì jǐ shū jìn qu jiù kě yǐ.Type the code in yourself when it arrives.
4. 密码要您自己设，别告诉别人。Mì mǎ yào nín zì jǐ shè, bié gào su bié rén.Set your own password; tell no one.
5. 急事请别在网上发消息，直接打电话给我们；紧急情况请打911。Jí shì qǐng bié zài wǎng shàng fā xiāo xi, zhí jiē dǎ diàn huà gěi wǒ men; jǐn jí qíng kuàng qǐng dǎ jiǔ yāo yāo.Urgent? Call, don’t message. Emergency? Call 911.
6. 预约时间前五分钟，请点短信里的链接。Yù yuē shí jiān qián wǔ fēn zhōng, qǐng diǎn duǎn xìn lǐ de liàn jiē.Tap the text link five minutes before.
7. 请找一个安静、有隐私的地方。Qǐng zhǎo yí ge ān jìng, yǒu yǐn sī de dì fang.Find a quiet, private place.
8. 我听不到您，您可能静音了。Wǒ tīng bu dào nín, nín kě néng jìng yīn le.I can’t hear you; you may be muted.
9. 家人想帮您在网上看病历和结果，需要您签字同意。Jiā rén xiǎng bāng nín zài wǎng shàng kàn bìng lì hé jié guǒ, xū yào nín qiān zì tóng yì.Family access needs your signed permission.
10. 跟病情有关的信息，我们不能用微信发，要用诊所的系统。Gēn bìng qíng yǒu guān de xìn xī, wǒ men bù néng yòng Wēi xìn fā, yào yòng zhěn suǒ de xì tǒng.No medical information over WeChat: we use the clinic’s system.
